RAINIE

If you have never experienced the love of an older Doberman, you are missing out on one of the best joys in life. Rainie is around 8 years old. She is a blue Doberman and a mellow lady who is happy to finally have a home and a comfortable place to lay around. She is extremely smart and quickly learned how to open our gate with her nose and has enjoyed a couple adventures around our neighborhood. Rainie walks well on a leash and enjoys going on walks. She knows how to sit, is fully house trained and will get in her crate when necessary but it makes her a little nervous to stay in there. Rain and thunderstorms also make her very nervous but she generally just lays in the bathroom floor until the storm passes. Her ideal home would have a very secure fence with some room for her to explore. Rainie is older kid and cat friendly but she is food aggressive so would do best as the only dog in the home. She is friendly with other dogs in public.
